What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacy Delivery Driver position at Nickmans Drug?
- Deliver prescriptions to pharmacy customers on a daily basis utilizing a provided company vehicle
- Follow all pharmacy established delivery procedures to insure customers receive the correct prescription orders in a safe and timely manner
- Work with pharmacy staff and store management to confirm time, dates and routes for prescription delivery that are time effective.
- Adhere to all company, state and federal policies, laws and regulations including HIPAA
- Responsible for keeping delivery car clean, making sure management is aware of any repair issues that need to be addressed.
- Need to operate forklift
- Drive box truck to deliver merchandise to other stores
- Light cleaning duties sweep, scrub floors , run sweeper , empty trash ,clean parking lot
- Must be a licensed and insured driver with a clean driving record.
- Must be over 18 years of age.
