Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries.
- Oversee calendar management for team members, scheduling meetings and appointments as needed.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper clerical support for all office functions.
- Implement effective office management procedures to improve overall efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely service delivery and contract compliance.
- Utilize phone systems effectively for communication with clients and vendors.
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong clerical skills with a focus on organizational efficiency.
- Familiarity with calendar management tools and phone systems is essential.
