Join Our Team
We are looking for a Server Assistant who is driven and interested in opportunities for advancement. Our Server Assistants' provide a necessary line of connection between the FOH and BOH that ensures the timeliness of service and continuity of individual dish presentation to our guests. Server Assistants are also responsible for nightly setup and resetting tables per the seating plan. This position requires attention to detail, follow through, and the ability to multitask and prioritize needs while maintaining composure, focus, and productivity. Some duties include, but are not limited to:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Assist servers with food preparation, including plating, garnishing, and presenting dishes.
- Manage bussing and clearing tables to maintain a clean and efficient dining area.
- Assist with food handling and preparation as needed, adhering to proper food safety standards.
- Participate in banquets and special events, supporting the serving team to ensure a successful event.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, working effectively with the kitchen team and other servers to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to the highest standards of food safety and presentation.
Skills Needed
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation practices.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Experience with food preparation and cooking, including cooking and expediting dishes.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and restaurant management.
- Excellent hospitality skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment.
- Familiarity with restaurant software and point-of-sale systems.

Pay is $6.50 per hour plus tips
This position can be full-time if desired and candidates must be available to work on evenings, holidays, and weekends.
