Role Descriptions
As Listing Manager, you will :
- own responsibility for delivering Wow 1 service to our seller clients and listing agents by listing 3-10 homes / week. This includes :
- writing listing agreements and obtaining electronic signatures;
- Oversee the creating of marketing materials and launching all marketing materials;
- over-communicating with the seller and listing agent throughout the process to check listing preparation progress and keep them informed;
- scheduling property trips for our photographer and Field Rep to install / remove signs and lockboxes; and to take room measurements;
- resolving with a smile any issues that come up during the process by scheduling a contractor, offering a listening ear, and / or encouraging our clients that the work they’re doing to prepare their home for sale is worth it!
- doing everything needed to ensure the successful sale of our listings.
