Nicole's Commercial and Residential Cleaning is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team! We have a part-time position open, which would involve working at our Alton and Wolfeboro locations. The drive between facilities is about 15 minutes, so reliable transportation is a must.
Here’s the schedule:
* **Wolfeboro:** Cleaning days are Tuesday, Thursday, and either Saturday or Sunday, depending on your preference.
* **Alton:** Days are Monday, Wednesday, and either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, based on your availability.
This position offers anywhere from 4 to 16 hours per week, with the starting time at 7pm - 11pm. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, contributing to the overall appearance and functionality of the premises.
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, patient rooms, gym, pool and common areas by restocking supplies and ensuring sanitary conditions.
- Carry out industrial and commercial cleaning tasks to meet specific facility requirements.
- Assist with custodial duties that may include waste disposal, recycling, and maintaining outdoor areas.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Provide porter services as required, assisting with the movement of furniture or equipment.
Skills
