Catering Server & Catering Bartender
Saturdays Required - Own vehicle for travel required
Catering staff are responsible for ensuring a positive experience for all guests from the set up to the breakdown of an event.
Essential Job Functions
- Assist in the unloading of the truck, putting all equipment in the proper location.
- Set up tables, ensuring the proper amount of settings are on each table as per seating charts.
- Set up every station and table as per the event menu that has been built based on the client’s vision.
- Keep a positive attitude at all times while interacting with or visible to event guests.
- Ensure the steady flow of food to all guests and appetizer stations.
- Clear plates, glasses, and other items around the venue to make sure all event spaces remain clean during the event.
- Assist in directing guests to their seats prior to the beginning of dinner service.
- Complete every step of dinner service from watering and bringing out entrees to clearing the guest tables.
- Keep a professional appearance while staying visible on the event floor at all times, leaving space for guests to mingle and enjoy the evening.
- Clear and break down all equipment that we used or brought into the venue.
- Assist in loading all equipment back onto our truck.
- On occasion, you may be asked to assist in the unloading of the truck into our catering facility after the completion of the event.
- It is required that all servers follow all of the event Captain’s instructions at all times to help ensure a positive guest experience.

Hours:
Hours may vary; Shift begins a few hours prior to the event start time and lasts until the venue is closed down or later.
Job Specifications:
- Must be a High School graduate or completed GED
- Must have 1-2 years of service experience
- Must be able to maintain appropriate work pace, perform assigned tasks, and communicate orally.
- Must be able to ascend/descend stairs, exchange information between staff and clients, and distinguish between different foods and beverages.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted
- FOR BAR: Must have 3 years fast pace bartending experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
