Job Overview:
Nicolet Law is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Strategist to strategize our social media presence and enhance our brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, editing, and analytics, with a demonstratable ability to grow and engage online communities. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple platforms, deliver consistent messaging, and produce high-quality content that aligns with our brand voice and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve company objectives, including brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to ensure a competitive edge.

Content Creation and Editing:

  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms, including images, videos, and written posts.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and other team members to ensure cohesive branding.
  • Edit and optimize content for each platform to maximize reach and engagement.

Community Engagement:

  • Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and relevant communities to amplify our reach.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, such as engagement rates, follower growth, and campaign ROI.
  • Use data insights to refine strategies and improve performance.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with broader marketing goals and maintain consistent messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand, agency, or organization.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights).
  • Expertise in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong understanding of target audience.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.

Pay Range: The reflected pay range is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, achievements, and/or skill level.

Ability to commute/relocate: Minneapolis, MN 55414: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
