Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve company objectives, including brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to ensure a competitive edge.
Content Creation and Editing:
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms, including images, videos, and written posts.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and other team members to ensure cohesive branding.
- Edit and optimize content for each platform to maximize reach and engagement.
Community Engagement:
- Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and relevant communities to amplify our reach.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, such as engagement rates, follower growth, and campaign ROI.
- Use data insights to refine strategies and improve performance.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with broader marketing goals and maintain consistent messaging.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand, agency, or organization.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights).
- Expertise in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software.
- Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of target audience.
- Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.

Pay Range: The reflected pay range is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, achievements, and/or skill level.
