Staffing Agency Recruiter (Part Time)

Nicolet Staffing is seeking a Part-time Recruiter for our Medford branch!

As a Part time Recruiter with Nicolet Staffing your primary responsibility will be filling job orders for clients within our community whether temporary or permanent.

• Build and maintain a consistent, strong rapport with companies through-out the community to better understand their dynamics and staffing needs.
• Exercise discretionary judgement in recruiting eligible hires for open positions.
• Advertise current job openings on social media and job posting platforms.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency in setting up interviews and presenting job offers to place employees in current openings as soon as possible.
• Work closely with the branch manager to ensure job orders are filled in a timely manner.
• Have a good understanding and mimic the meaning of team-work.
• Set talent up for success in their new position by performing company orientations, insuring all talent meet background and drug test screening requirements prior to reporting to their new position, and verifying eligibility to work in the United States.
• Perform other related duties as necessary and assigned.

Requirements;

• Occasional trips to client locations requiring local travel and potential exposure to outdoor weather for facility tours
• Ability to sit for an extended period of time while viewing a computer screen
• Must be able to effectively work under high stress situations during the peak season
• Excellent communication skills displaying personability and positivity
• Must have basic computer knowledge including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of conducting interviews or recruiting talent for a business
• Minimum 1 year of human resources/assisting
• Minimum 1 year customer service
• Must have basic computer knowledge including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Starting wage based off of experience and will be discussed upon job offer.
