Contacts clients and conducts research to determine their physical whereabouts; uses multiple systems to find pertinent information needed for the case. Assesses medical, locate, and delinquency work lists generated by PRISM for all of the Child Support Officers; determines and executes course of action needed to trace and import valid information received. | Daily 25% | B2 |
Coordinates appointments, identifies parties and administers genetic testing to establish a biological relationship between parties and child, while upholding the required standards set forth by the genetic testing company and the County. Serves genetic test results upon parties and attorneys; appears and testifies in court for paternity actions as required. | Monthly 5% | B2 |
Calculates judgment renewal records within federal timeframes by auditing principal and interest balances; finalizes research, serves renewed judgment to respondent, and requests court to file, enter and docket the same.
