What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Director position at Nicollet County?
This position is responsible for the planning, organizing, and directing of a comprehensive human resources program. The human resources services include but are not limited to recruitment; training; personnel program monitoring and evaluation; policy development; labor relations; management of benefits and compensation programs; and related activities. As the Human Resources leader, the position will have a broader organizational management role, which will participate in the development and execution of the organizational vision, strategy, and goals of the departments of Nicollet County. This position is also responsible for assisting in leading Continuous Improvement and staff leadership initiatives.

Administers program for recruitment, interviews, background checks, selection, promotion, and orientation of new and replacement hiring. | Daily 10% | C4 |

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field, and five (5) years of human resources experience; or,
Any equivalent combination of education and experience to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
Salary : $83,805 - $121,518
