Job Summary:
Nieco is seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for Marketing functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized and proactive. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-respected company and gain valuable experience in the marketing and sales fields.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Create and update all marketing materials; sales sheets, presentations, website, social media as needed.
· Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including email, social media, digital advertising & website
· Plan meetings and tradeshows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating material and equipment requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and executing a complete plan for each show.
· Liaise with all concerned parties to guarantee adequate planning, execution and monitoring of all marketing activities.
· Maintain awareness on best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions. Conduct market research to stay up to date on industry trends and competitive landscape.
· Prepare and coordinate all photo and video shoots for product support materials such as operational, cleaning or sales materials.
· Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics.
· Execute project timelines to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
· Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all re- sources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed.
· Provide support for marketing and sales team as needed.
Requirements
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Social Media platforms.
· Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies and creative drive.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
· A proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
· Experience with website management and social media marketing is a plus.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Highly organized with strong project management skills.
· Experience with marketing automation and CRM software a plus.

Education and Experience:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in marketing, business or related field.
· 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
Skills/Abilities:
· Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

Salary : $60,000 - $72,000
