Responsibilities
Provide essential in-house support to agents and producers.
Application Processing : Accurately process insurance applications and ensure all documentation is complete.
Data Management : Maintain and update client records with detailed information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Customer Interaction : Serve as the point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing clear, supportive information.
Policy Underwriting Support : Assist underwriters by providing necessary information and documentation for policy evaluations.
Communication : Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service process.
Problem Solving : Identify and address discrepancies or issues to facilitate timely resolutions.
Requirement
Experience : Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry.
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a plus.
Detail Orientation : Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in documentation.
