Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and assisting them with any inquiries they may have
- Performing vehicle walk-around and documentation of customer concerns
- Prioritizing required services and providing options upon request
- Manages delivery of repairs by setting and managing customer expectationsEnsures that required documentation is complete and is in compliance with regulations and safety standards
- Manages service advisors, technicians, and porter in order for all shop goals to be reached
- Work with the marketing and accounting staff as needed
- Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures
- Attends/Completes all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
- Performs other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or higher
At least 3 year of Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
Embrace technology
Effective time management and organizational skills
Detail oriented with critical thinking and problem solving abilities
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
