Nielsen Automotive Group is looking to add a new Automotive Service Valet to our team. This person will be accountable for greeting and interacting with our loyal customers and their vehicles.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in Service Drive – Be friendly and engaging
- Perform vehicle walk around inspection – Inspect vehicle with customer
- Tag vehicle, hand off to Service Advisor – customer and our records.
- Maintain cleanliness - Ensure the work environment is clean and safe to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.
- Park vehicle - Tag vehicle, Pod vehicle and move to available spot and note on keytag.
- Perform All other Duties that are required - Such as cleaning Service department, Shuttling customers to home and back, running errands.
Requirements:
- Ability to multitask
- Be friendly, helpful and engaging
- Good driving record
- Provide excellent customer service
- Willingness to participate in in-house training
- Ability to operate all automobiles
- Excellent listening and communication skills
