What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Sales Training and Enablement position at NielsenIQ?
As the Director of Sales Training and Enablement youll be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive sales training and enablement programs that enhance the skills and performance of our sales team. This role requires exceptional project management skills and a deep understanding of sales processes training methodologies and enablement practices.
Responsibilities :
- Training Program Management : Own the planning development and facilitation of all sales training classes and related posttraining support activities
- Program Execution : Determine training methodologies prepare training materials develop course content and communicate effectively with key stakeholders management and trainees.
- Seller Assessment : Develop frameworks to assess competency identify areas of improvement and determine additional training needs.
- LMS Oversight : Oversee the use of learning management systems to provide digital education for new and existing employees.
- Program Evaluation : Evaluate training program effectiveness through defined KPIs and continuous feedback from stakeholders.
- Ongoing Education : Develop ongoing training and education plans to ensure sales employees always have the latest product and competitive knowledge.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration : Partner with the Marketing Solutions Sales and other relevant teams on key commercial projects.
- Sales Strategy Alignment : Work closely with sales management to ensure that sales training strategies are communicated to and implemented with all employees.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate continuously with internal stakeholders to ensure training strategy aligns with business goals and objectives.
- Team Management : Manage team members to develop execute and complete projects and assignments.

This role has a marketcompetitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range : $126500 $180000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidates experience qualifications skills and location. This role might also be eligible for a salesbased incentive or performancebased bonus.
