Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving company growth through transformational enablement. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in developing and implementing outcome-based enablement programs and curriculum using adult learning principles.

Responsibilities :

  • Program Development : Develop and deliver sales enablement programs that align with business goals and drive measurable improvements in sales KPIs, including new business development, customer satisfaction, and retention. Preferred program experience :

  • Win-Loss Analysis

  • Seller Workshops and Knowledge Shares
  • Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a global team of sales trainers, curriculum designers, and contractors to ensure consistent and effective training delivery.
  • Content Creation : Oversee the creation and update of training materials, including eLearning modules, sales playbooks, and interactive learning activities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and integration of enablement initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics : Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement programs and make data-driven improvements.
  • Continuous Improvement : Stay current with industry trends and best practices in sales enablement and incorporate them into the company’s training programs.
  • Qualifications

  • Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Certifications : Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Sandler, MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, and Value Selling.
  • Additional Information

    This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range : $92-120k. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
