As a Senior Sales Trainer youll be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive sales training programs that enhance the skills and performance of our sales team. This role requires a deep understanding of sales processes excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others.
Responsibilities :
- Training Facilitation : Conduct training programs for Sales focusing on enhancing product knowledge selling skills and customer engagement.
- Sales Preparation : Ensure sales teams are wellprepared to effectively communicate product features benefits value and data to potential customers.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration : Work with Marketing Solutions and Sales teams to align training content with product strategies and compliance requirements.
- LMS Management : Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) to efficiently deliver training content and ensure seamless integration of training materials and assessments.
- Resource Development : Collaborate with crossfunctional partners to create and maintain learning tools playbooks and resources.
- Digital Platform Training : Train sales representatives on the effective use of digital platforms CRM systems and presentation materials.
- Support Onboarding : Facilitate the onboarding process for new sales team members ensuring they are wellequipped to succeed in their roles.

This role has a marketcompetitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range : $92000 $140000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidates experience qualifications skills and location. This role might also be eligible for a salesbased incentive or performancebased bonus.
