Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Two-Way Radio & Technology Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and selling two-way radio communication systems and other related technology solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of wireless communication products, excellent sales skills, and the ability to provide tailored solutions to customers across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in industries such as public safety, construction, healthcare, and transportation.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable two-way radio and technology solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure the right solutions are provided to customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
- Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in two-way radio communications, wireless technology, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of two-way radio systems (Motorola, Kenwood, Hytera, etc.) and communication technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for client meetings as needed.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of sales experience in technology, telecommunications, or a similar field.
