SealPros Asphalt Paving & Maintenance is hiring for the summer season! We are looking for an Asphalt Roller Operator to support our Paving team. All team members are eligible for a performance incentive bonus in addition to their base rate of pay. Benefits are completely free, and you still have coverage in the off season.

Job Responsibilities:
- Operate a steel faced roller to compact asphalt and finish paving projects.
- Assist with other equipment operation and job site labor. Equipment may include the paver, screed, or distributer vehicles.
- Assist with traffic control as needed.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and standards.
- Perform daily jobsite and equipment cleaning.
- Maintain accurate timecards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A valid driver's license is required.
- A Class A CDL is preferred but not required.
- Experience in asphalt paving is required.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
- Ability to work overtime including the occasional night or weekend.
- Some heavy lifting of over 50 pounds is required.
Position Information:
- Our crews start at 6:00 AM with a daily meeting at the shop.
- The minimum wage for this position is $24 per hour. We pay for experience!
- All team members are eligible for a performance incentive bonus in addition to their base pay.
