SealPros Asphalt Paving & Maintenance is hiring for the summer season! We are looking for a Finish Blade Operator to support our Grading team. All team members are eligible for a performance incentive bonus in addition to their base rate of pay. Benefits are completely free, and you still have coverage in the off season.

Job Responsibilities:
- Use the blade to prepare job sites for our asphalt crews by grading base course materials.
- Operate all forms of equipment on the job site which may include a roller, water truck, dozer, blade, skid loader, payloader, or other commercial equipment.
- Assist with other job site preparation or labor.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and standards.
- Perform daily jobsite and equipment cleaning.
- Complete minor equipment repairs.
- Maintain accurate timecards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A valid driver's license is required.
- A Class A CDL is preferred but not required.
- Experience in grading and heavy equipment operation is required.
- Must be able to read and understand construction plans.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required.
- Ability to work overtime including the occasional night or weekend.
- Some heavy lifting of over 50 pounds is required.
Position Information:
- Our crews start at 6:00 AM with a daily meeting at the shop.
- All team members are eligible for a performance incentive bonus in addition to their base pay.
Salary : $50,000
