Nielson Construction is looking for a team member to support our Construction Operations Team throughout the building process. The Home Operations Laborer will keep all project areas clean, inside and out. A valid driver license is required.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure homes are ready for open houses and showings.
- Clean up home construction sites by, sweeping, power washing exterior and driveways.
- Complete minor touchups such as painting and caulking.
- Lawn care and snow removal.
- Other various repair and maintenance duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A valid driver license is required.
- Able to complete miscellaneous small home repairs.
- Knowledge of framing, repair/patching drywall, or carpentry is a plus but not required.
- Must be dependable, attentive to detail, and produce high quality work.
Salary : $50,000
