Nielson Construction's Home Sales Team is growing! We are looking for a detail oriented, organized, and dependable team member to support our real estate teams. The Transaction Coordinator is responsible for contract management, scheduling inspections, closings, updating MLS, and providing excellent customer service to our prospective buyers.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for contract management, including preparing and reviewing documents, collecting signatures, and ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Schedule items related to inspections, final walkthroughs, and closings.
- Assist real estate agents with keeping the MLS listings updated and accurate.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that client questions are answered and providing updates as needed.
- Attend items like open houses, closings, or other special events with the Sales Team.
- Facilitate any simple change requests between customers and operations.
- Assist the Sales Team with various administrative tasks.
- Assist the Marketing Team with campaigns, listing videos, pictures, surveys, or other items.
- Track earnest money for all sales.
- Maintain the CRM system.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A background in real estate is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and computer systems is required.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- A valid driver license is required.
