We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented RV Parts Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by effectively managing inventory, communicating with customers, and ensuring that our Parts Department runs smoothly. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records while fostering positive relationships with customers and team members.
Duties
- Managing inventory levels, ensuring stock is maintained and organized efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Communicate with our vendors to ensure proper parts are available when we need them.
- Utilize sales techniques to negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure dealership operations run smoothly and efficiently when it comes to Parts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in parts sales and customer service, preferably within an RV dealership environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with computers is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt on a daily basis.
