- An efficient, self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, and pleasant person.
- A pleasant demeanor and excellent people skills is a must. Exemplary customer service and phone skills.
- Insurance billing and Ortho II computer experience is preferable. Sound computer skills.
- Comfortable reviewing treatment plans and financial options with the patient/parents.
- Orthodontic experience preferred but not necessary. In the end we love to have cross trained employees to increase our efficiency as a team.
