We are seeking an Executive Assistant who is an organized multitasker and thrives in the fast-paced work environment. As an Executive Assistant you will spend your time reporting directly to the President of Nies Homes. Acting as the main point of contact between the President and employees, clients, and external partners all while keeping an organized system for success.
If you are not dependable, detail focused, organized, team player this is not the job for you. As the Executive Assistant no two days will look the same. Most of your time will be spent screening calls, maintaining schedules, preparing reports and a handling a variety of other challenges that come your way.

Position Overview

· Work Hours: Full Time, Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00
· Annual Compensation: $50,000-$70,000 Bonus

Required Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred
· 3 Years Experience Executive Assistant
· Software Skills: Microsoft Office (a wizard in Excel)
· Experience in Luxury goods, services or hospitality sectors preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
