Job Description:
We are seeking a Purchasing Manager who is an organized multitasker and thrives in the fast-paced work environment. As the Purchasing Manager, no two days will look the same as you work to assist in keeping projects on track and budget. By working closely with trade partners, to continuously find opportunities for negotiating cost savings while allowing the team to curate a quality home. While also continuing to look for ways to improve quality control, cycle time management, estimating accuracy and monitoring purchasing team needs.
If you are not dependable, detail focused, organized or a team player this is not the job for you. As the Purchasing Manager you will be managing the Purchasing Team while negotiating with trade partners and controlling costs from sale to completion.

Work Hours: Full Time, Monday-Thursday 8:00-5:00, Friday 8:00-1:00
Annual Compensation: Negotiable Bonus Structure

Required Experience:
· Three years’ previous experience in the residential construction industry or job cost estimating
· Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
· Ability to read construction blueprints and perform take offs
· Strong communication, negation and analytical skills
· Organized with the ability to multitask
· Microsoft Office Excel Experience Required, Access Preferred but not required
