Job Summary: Manage and coordinate all pre-production activities both internally within NAM and externally with customers/suppliers.
Essential Functions:
Create and maintain the Project Master Schedules
Identify Program delays, concerns and react with supervision. Create and track via Open Issues
Primary customer window during pre-production
Follow NMR (New Model Review) system
Maintain: Project Management Sheets, NMR Task Trackers, PE Database
Prepare/attend/document Kick-Off & Cross-functional Reviews
Prepare/attend/document all customer events and visits
Facilitate all component and resin planning
Oracle part information updates (BOM and Routings)
Facilitate/responsible for all Sample, FG planning and customer orders
Maintain and track part costing
Initiate, Maintain and track Project budgets
Manage Project Inventory
Utilize all Project Core Tools - ex: Part Reviews, Program Reviews, HVPT, ITR, ECOs, Communication Boards, Safe Launch, AIF, Design Change Kick-Off, Project Capitals
Effectively Participate in Core Tool Improvements
Maintain compliance to TS16949 QMS (Quality Management System)
Maintain compliance to all Safety and Environmental expectations
All other duties assigned
Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology / Engineering or related field or 5 years’ experience
