Job Summary: Ensure quality of Nifco products
Essential Functions:
Work closely with (internal) production to ensure quality of product
Introduce and improve systems and technologies for Internal Production
Make quality decisions on suspect parts
Help set up internal quality standards
Sever customer’s needs relating to internally produced products, including such areas as correspondence, quality issues, policy matters and/or any other concerns which may arise during the course of business
Complete appropriate documentation as required
Assist in establishing Cpk & force testing data
All other duties assigned
Preferred Education:
Four-year technical degree or equivalent related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience:
0 – 3 years of previous experience
Must be able to communicate effectively in the English language both verbally and in writing with customers, vendors and other Nifco associates
Previous Production/Production-Support experience
ISO/TS experience preferred
Must be very analytical with a high degree of concentration to interpret blueprints, reports and analytical date
Problem solving and decision-making ability to determine probable cause, resolution and correction action plans
Must be able to travel offsite on overnight trips
Experience in common business software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, etc.
Behave in a positive manner that enhances the success of the company
Physical/Ergonomic Requirements:
Able to work sitting or standing for extended periods of time
