Nigel Mulgrew Plumbing is a trusted plumbing service provider located in Pacifica, CA. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team! The Customer Service Representative will provide excellent customer service by fielding all incoming phone calls and fostering and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Essential Responsibilities: Others can be added.
· Maintains and establishes a professional customer rapport, encouraging repeat business; responds to customer requests, resolves issues, and promotes the organization’s brand.
· Relays accurate information to technicians, ensuring proficient, quality customer experience.
· Adheres to the Company's plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
· Converts incoming customer calls into booked service appointments. Delivers call scripts with an authentic cadence that is clear, compelling, and personable. Meets daily revenue and sold-hour goals by prioritizing the most urgent and profitable calls.
· Consistently submits concise and accurate database entries while maintaining and updating customer records.
· Supports as a backup dispatcher, evaluating customer calls and assigning the best technician to each service appointment while being mindful of technician capabilities and daily sales goals.
Qualifications
· Required Education: High school diploma or GED.
· Preferred Experience: One year of related experience.
