Job Details: Night Owl is seeking energetic, dedicated employees who are excited to make a real difference in people’s lives. Pay for this role ranges from $16-$19.50 per hour, depending on the shift differentials and position. Bonuses of up to $500 are available at 6 months and 1 year of employment.
Role Overview: Professional Responders work at a designated responder site and are dispatched to clients’ homes as needed. Responders may also conduct routine rotations to clients’ homes to provide nightly check-ins, ensuring residents are settled and providing assistance as needed. When not on a call, responders can rest at the responder site.

Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license
- Proof of auto insurance
- Access to a personal vehicle for the duration of your shift
- Previous experience in a caregiving role
