Night Owl Support Systems (NOSS) is seeking a dedicated Outreach and Engagement Coordinator to lead efforts in educating state agencies, advocacy groups, and provider organizations about Remote Support services.
About the Role:
As the Outreach and Engagement Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that key stakeholders understand the benefits of Remote Supports. This position is ideal for someone who excels in relationship-building, public speaking, and strategic outreach. Your work will contribute to increasing awareness and adoption of NOSS’s services across multiple states.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Develop and deliver educational presentations, webinars, and training materials.
✔ Engage with state agencies, provider organizations, and advocacy groups.
✔ Represent NOSS at conferences, industry events, and public forums.
✔ Assist in developing outreach content, newsletters, and stakeholder resources.
✔ Monitor policy and funding trends affecting Remote Supports services.
✔ Travel as needed to participate in conferences, build relationships and promote educational initiatives.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, communications, public administration, or related field.
- Experience in training, public outreach, or stakeholder engagement.
- Strong public speaking and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with diverse audiences.
- Passion for disability services, Remote Supports, or healthcare advocacy.
