We are looking for a General Manager to join our opening team at Night Rooster!

What we are looking for :
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, budgets, labor productivity, scheduling, inventory control, guest service standards, and execution of marketing strategies to produce short-term profitability.
- Execute on the restaurant’s business plan and assist executive management with developing and executing tactics to achieve goals and targets.
- Manage Human Resources responsibilities for the restaurant including quality hiring, training, creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback (coaching and counseling), terminations, scheduling, and payroll.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of the restaurant's food & beverage products, menu items, and equipment used to perform duties.
- Effectively communicate with BOH on menu rollouts, specials, changes, or 86’d items. Schedule daily pre-shift meetings with FOH & BOH.
- Responsible for execution of policies, operating procedures, training programs, directives, menus, rules, regulations, and the development of our culture for the restaurant staff.
- Own the restaurant’s execution of F&B initiatives, maintaining the highest standards of health, sanitation, and cleanliness within all areas of the restaurant.
- Interact with guests frequently to ensure satisfaction and enjoyment of the dining experience. React to any guest complaints and take appropriate action.
- Manage the restaurant’s guest feedback channels through approved company practices. Work alongside the culinary team to ensure a seamless service experience between kitchen and dining room.
