This role is part of Night’s Advisory Practice (NAP), which shapes and leads the creator economy. Since 2015, Night has been at the forefront of internet culture, building some of the biggest creators, their consumer brands, and managing some of the largest creator campaigns. We leverage this experience to work directly with brand teams, advising on creator marketing strategies that drive measurable impact.
As Creative Strategist, you’ll report to the head of NAP, playing a key role in selling, shaping, and executing these ideas. You’ll need to think big but also be hands-on in bringing ideas to life. The ideal candidate has a strong background in creator-native content and has worked closely with creators to develop impactful digital content.
This is an in-office position based in Santa Monica, CA.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-impact creative strategies that bridge brands and internet culture.
- Conceptualize and execute creator-driven campaigns that enhance brand relevance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external brand partners to pitch and refine creative ideas.
- Stay ahead of trends in digital media, social platforms, and emerging internet culture.
- Be a method actor—fully immerse yourself in the mind of both creators and the communities they influence. Understand what makes them tick, what they value, and what drives them to engage. The best campaigns don’t just reach an audience—they move them. Lean into cultural nuance, online behaviors, and emotional triggers to craft ideas that feel native, spark action, and create lasting impact.
- Deep knowledge of internet culture, creator marketing, and digital trends.
- 6 years of experience in content strategy, creator marketing, or working directly with creators.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns with digital creators.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with experience selling creative ideas.
- Ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience working with creators in a collaborative, strategy-first capacity.

Salary : $80,000 - $130,000
