Night is a leading company in the creator economy, working with top digital creators to develop and scale businesses at the intersection of media, talent, and commerce.
We are seeking a Front Desk Assistant to help with a variety of front desk tasks, such as welcoming, signing in and directing members and guests as well as taking phone calls, answering questions, handling correspondence, aiding the operations team, and keeping the reception and kitchen stocked, clean and well-organized. When you're not doing any of the above, you will be scrolling TikTok, IG Reels, or other brain-rot content to help Night scout new talent, opportunities, brands and other entertainment leads as designated by the team. Seriously. We want you to be a professionalized iPad kid.
This position is fully onsite at our office in Santa Monica and is part-time Monday-Thursday.
Key Responsibilities:

Able to answer phone calls and demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills

Greets employees, guests, and visitors in a polite, professional, and welcoming manner

Organize and distribute mail as it arrives

Keep the facilities (front desk, kitchen, general common areas, etc.) clean and organized

Scroll on social media (Tik Tok, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) and help search for potential opportunities for Night and provide reporting

Run errands as they arise on a need-be basis
Required Qualifications:

Must be able to move, pull, push, carry or lift at least 30 pounds.
- Have a reliable vehicle and able to commute to the office and run errands as needed

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Tech-savvy, with experience using Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Airtable).

Proactive mindset, able to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.

Flexibility to work Monday through Thursday each week

Familiarity with the creator economy, media, or digital industry is a plus.
