WHO WE ARE // Nighthawk Napoletana is a neighborhood restaurant producing high quality, scratch-made food & drinks at an accessible price point in an environment that is welcoming to all people. Naturally leavened pizza dough and a small number of sides and an Italian focus on drinks and wine is the base for our menu. We are opening in Algier’s Point in October 2023.

THE GIG // As a server, you will be responsible for maintaining the daily operations of the dining room and patios at Nighthawk Napoletana.. You are to ensure a positive customer experience and maintain a good flow of food and drinks for entire restaurant.

- Managing all functions on our daily checklist
- Making sure the bar is set up with syrups, batched drinks, garnishes, fully stocked for the next day
- Focusing attention on refining our bar program
- Overseeing inventory, quality and safety
- Managing the facility
- Developing and maintaining relationships with our community

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
