What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospice Community Liaison position at Nightingale Hospice inc?
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations such as Hospitls, Skilled Nursing facilities, Asst living and Physician offices
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities within the community
- Conduct technical sales presentations to promote our Hospice organization
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective strategies to penetrate the market
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns
- Act as an account manager for key clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth
Experience:
- Proven experience in Hospice business development, technical sales, or a related field
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Experience in account management and Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred
- Ability to analyze market data and make strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective client interactions
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
