What are the responsibilities and job description for the Newborn Care Specialist/ Postpartum Doula/ "Night Nurse" "Baby Nurse" Nanny position at Nightingale Night Nurses?
We are looking for Newborn Care Specialists or Postpartum Doulas in Long Island. [NYC also!]

You must:
-Have/be willing to get a training as a Newborn Care Specialist or Postpartum Doula.
- [Newborn Care Specialist trainings must be approved under the NCSA and Postpartum Doula trainings must be from a well-known, reputable company.]
- If you want/need recommendations on trainings please say that in your application and we are happy to offer suggestions!
- We *do NOT* offer training through our company.
-Have/Be willing to get CPR certified
-Have overnight availability, at LEAST 2 nights a week but ideally 4-7 [24/7 and day shifts are available also but nights are a requirement]
-Have non-familial hands on newborn experience [not just infants/older babies] and be able to provide references for this experience
-Have your own LLC/DBA/ be willing to get one
-Have your own liability insurance/be willing to get it
-Speak conversational English [Nobody on our admin team speaks Spanish unfortunately]
