Home Health RN needed for Bangor, Maine
Pay is determined by local or travel assignment
13 weeks with option to extend
Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00) 40 hours a week
Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:
S/P orthopedic surgeries, Wound care, Chronic/Acute CHF and COPD, s/p cardiac surgeries, genitourinary, IV antibiotic teaching/central line care, med pre-fills, lab draws
Patient Ratios:
Case Manager averages 25 to 30 patients
Required Licensure & Certifications:
RN Licensed for State of Maine
BLS
