AccordCare and our family of brands, including Nightingale Private Care, an ACHC accredited agency is seeking experienced Sales Reps.
Position Summary :
This is an outside sales position that covers Indian River County . The private duty home care sales representative will work within an assigned territory to build relationships and develop, maintain, and grow a network of repeat home care referrals in order to meet monthly admission goals. This individual will manage and develop active relationships with leading referral sources and influencers in the local market. This individual must possess a proven track record of implementing marketing / sales strategies, building relationships, establishing new business and value a collaborative and fun work environment.
Salary Range - $65,000 - $80,000 plus a monthly commission plan. Offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Must have a book of business in the Indian River County, FL area.
Qualifications :
- Must have an active book of business in the Indian River County, FL area
- Solid community and professional contacts within the geographic market
- A minimum of 2 years outside healthcare experience working with various health care partners and an understanding of the overall healthcare industry
- One year of home care sales experience is required
- Intermediate knowledge of sales techniques - must be capable of developing sales strategies and achieving quotas
- Basic knowledge of physician, hospital or skilled nursing facility, case management and discharge planning services
- Ability to travel within assigned territory and to sales meetings, as required
