Pay : $20.97 - $22.42 per hour

Shift Options : 8-hour

Job Description :

Nightingale's List is looking for compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality care in a rehab / nursing home setting. You'll assist residents with daily activities while ensuring their comfort and safety.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Help residents with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Monitor and record vital signs.
  • Assist with mobility, including transfers and repositioning.
  • Report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control guidelines.
  • Support residents' care plans to encourage independence.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship.

Requirements :

  • Active CNA license in North Carolina.
  • Minimum of 6 months of CNA experience in a rehab or nursing home setting.
  • CPR and First Aid certifications (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • A compassionate, patient approach to caregiving.
