What You’ll Do:
- Provide compassionate, hands-on assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist patients with mobility, including repositioning, transferring, and walking.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
- Ensure patient comfort and safety at all times.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by following infection control protocols.
- Support nursing staff in patient care and administrative duties.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
What You’ll Need:
- An active CNA certification in the state of North Carolina.
- At least 1 year of experience as a CNA, preferably in long-term care, rehabilitation, or similar settings.
- Current CPR certification (additional certifications are a bonus).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Compassionate and detail-oriented approach to patient care.
