The successful candidate will have a current LCSW certification valid in California, a minimum of 12 continuous months of similar experience within the last 3 years, and proficiency in English, both oral and written. Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating patient needs and developing individualized treatment plans
- Providing mental health services, including crisis interventions and group psychotherapy sessions
- Documenting all care provided and participating in IOTT meetings
- Maintaining safety and security within the institution
