About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose psychiatric disorders, developing effective treatment plans under the guidance of senior psychologists or supervising psychiatric social workers.
- Deliver crisis interventions, group psychotherapy, and face-to-face interviews, ensuring patient safety and security.
- Document all care provided, including participation in Interdisciplinary Treatment Team (IOTT) meetings.
- Facilitate patient transitions within the institution, assisting with pre-release connections to external mental health programs.
Requirements
- A valid LCSW certification in California.
- A minimum of 12 continuous months of similar experience within the last 3 years.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written, for effective communication and patient care.
