Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team and provide high-quality mental health services at a correctional facility. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating inmates with various mental health conditions, facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, and developing comprehensive treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care for inmates.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient interactions and progress.

Qualifications:
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of CA.
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

- Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions.
