Job Description :
Nightingale's List is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our team. You will be providing high-quality care in a rehab / nursing home setting, assisting residents with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration).
- Assist with mobility, including turning, repositioning, and transferring residents.
- Observe and report changes in the resident's condition to the nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, following infection control guidelines.
- Support residents with restorative care plans to promote independence.
- Assist in transporting residents within the facility for appointments or recreational activities.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
