Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Services Professional to join our team at Nightingale's List. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social work and be certified as an LCSW.
The successful candidate will provide mental health services to inmates at a correctional facility, working under the guidance of the Senior Psychologist or Supervising Psychiatric Social Worker. They will deliver mental health services, including crisis interventions, group psychotherapy, and face-to-face interviews.
The selected candidate will participate in Interdisciplinary Treatment Team (IOTT) meetings, document all care provided, and perform mental status exams. They will also facilitate patient transitions within the institution and assist with pre-release, ensuring connection to external mental health programs.
