What You’ll Do:
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and care.
- Monitor and document patient conditions, including vital signs and wound care.
- Collaborate on personalized patient care plans.
- Provide hands-on bedside care, supporting patients in daily activities.
- Report any changes in patient conditions to the supervising RN.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by following infection control protocols.
- Assist with patient mobility, including repositioning and transfers.
- Educate patients and families on healthcare practices and follow-up care.
What You’ll Need:
- An active LPN license in the state of North Carolina.
- At least 1 year of experience as an LPN, preferably in long-term care, rehabilitation, or similar settings.
- Current CPR certification (additional certifications are a bonus).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
