In this role, you will deliver mental health services under the guidance of the Senior Psychologist or Supervising Psychiatric Social Worker, evaluate, diagnose, and manage psychiatric disorders, and document all care provided.
You will also participate in crisis interventions, group psychotherapy, and face-to-face interviews, potentially at cell fronts, and facilitate patient transitions within the institution.
This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain safety and security, ensuring proper conduct of inmates to prevent any harm.
