Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage psychiatric disorders, developing effective treatment plans under the guidance of the Senior Psychologist or Supervising Psychiatric Social Worker.
- Deliver mental health services, including crisis interventions, group psychotherapy, and face-to-face interviews.
- Document all care provided, including participation in Interdisciplinary Treatment Team (IOTT) meetings.
- Maintain safety and security, adhering to CA and CDCR laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- A current LCSW certification valid in California.
- A minimum of 12 continuous months of similar experience within the last 3 years.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written, for effective communication and patient care.
