We are seeking a skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team at this Correctional Facility. As an LCSW, you will play a vital role in providing mental health services to inmates, ensuring their well-being and rehabilitation.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose psychiatric disorders to develop effective treatment plans.
- Deliver mental health services under the guidance of senior psychologists or supervising psychiatric social workers.
- Document all care provided, including participation in Interdisciplinary Treatment Team meetings.
- Maintain safety and security within the institution, adhering to CA and CDCR laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Current LCSW certification valid in California.
- A minimum of 12 continuous months of similar experience within the last 3 years.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication and patient care.
